Two years ago this month violin visionary Owen Pallett released his epic concept album Heartland. It tells the story of a young, ultra-violent farmer named Lewis, commanded by an all-powerful narrator named Owen. It is set in the fictional world of Spectrum.
If you like your music with a healthy sprinkling of apocalypse sauce, on a bed of ‘we’re doomed’ with a side of Brave New World, then Owen’s song “Lewis Takes Off His Shirt” is for you!
